Attorney Access Portal Development

Project Overview:

The the goal of increasing lead quality for sales and creating higher engagement eventually led me to a vision of a resource portal. This visionary portal would offer attorney prospects and clients everything they needed to engage in Medicaid planning and create a series of triggers for our salesforce CRM to score their interest in planning. We worked as a team to create the wireframes and best user paths that would create a powerful gated content experience and ultimately led to an increase in lead quality.
